A Place That Feels Like Yours

Casa Nueva was born from a simple conviction: that Lubbock deserved a space where the ritual of a well-poured coffee and the craft of a hand-shaken cocktail could share the same room — without compromise.

On Clovis Road, we've built a sanctuary for the unhurried conversation, the quiet morning page, the Friday night toast with friends. Our menu changes with the seasons. Our doors stay open a little later than most. And every guest is treated like someone we've been expecting.
